Position Papers
April 29th 2008 – Final day to accept position papers that will be considered for research awards. Papers must be RECEIVED on this date.
May 6th 2008 – Final day to accept position papers that will be included into the delegates point totals. Papers must be RECEIVED on this date.

Forms (Postmarked Dates)
April 10th, 2008 - Schools must submit Advertisement Fundraiser Form by this date if the school is participating in the fundraiser
April 10th, 2008 - Schools must submit the Parking Permit Form by this date.
April 10th, 2008 - Schools must submit the Lunch Request Form with the final number of delegates attending for accurate lunch orders. Advisors should also be included in this count.
April 29th, 2007 – Schools must submit delegate grids (listing which delegates are representing which nation) by this date. Advisors should also be listed on these forms.

Country Assignments
In order to increase your school’s chances of receiving its top choices register before the first round of assignments are decided upon. Registrations postmarked on or before January 11th, 2008 will receive first consideration for countries (based on delegation, past delegation strength and additional arguments) will receive their country assignments in the third mailing. Applications received after January 11th, 2008, shall be judged on a first come, first served basis.
